Memento

Terms of Service

Last updated June 25, 2026.

Memento lets hosts create shared photo films and invite guests to contribute photos. By using Memento, you agree to use it lawfully and only upload photos you have the right to share.

Hosts control their films: who joins, how many shots each person gets, when photos are revealed, and whether guests can see everyone else's photos. Guests should not upload private, unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

Paid tiers are one-time purchases for a single film. Prices are shown before checkout and payment is processed by Stripe. If a payment is duplicated or a film cannot be opened because of a Memento service issue, contact support for help.

You keep your rights to your photos. You give Memento permission to store, process, display, and deliver uploaded photos as needed to run the film experience.

We may suspend or remove films that break these terms or create legal, security, or operational risk. Memento is provided as-is to the extent allowed by law.
